This property was horrific. No blankets, super dirty with other peoples belongings, hair and grime in the bathrooms and shower. The counters, corners appear to have years of dirt , mold and dirt. The whole place was outdated and not well kept at all. The location is amazing for cruise ships, as it is right across the street. But felt like we were staying at a bus stop with the noise, dirtiness and lack of blankets.

Room needed to be clean. Bathroom needed to be updated! Didn’t feel comfortable in the room! Replace the linens and towels! Very worn out. I wouldn’t recommend this place ! Staff were friendly and helpful!

The staff was friendly and handled my check-in and check-out quickly. The lobby and room has worn out furniture. The bed covers were scratchy, made me itchy. Bathroom had a hole in the wall, rust and I'm not certain if the darkspots in the caulk. The glass table tops were covered in dust. The air conditioning worked. The drapes have a hole in it.

This is an average 2–3-star hotel, but its location is very convenient. It is only about a 10-minute walk from the cruise port and right beside the museum, which was perfect for our short stay before the cruise. The hallway carpets looked old, and there is some kind of smell and the bathroom was the most disappointing part and could use some improvement. However, the hotel was manageable for one or two nights. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay because of the location—just don’t expect anything luxurious or high-end.

We stayed at this hotel prior to getting on a cruise. We booked this hotel as it was walking distance to the port. We arrived during a heat wave and were surprised that the hotel public spaces like hallways etc are not air conditioned. Coming from a cooler climate area it made the walk from the room to outside stifling. The hallways and entrance areas are in great need of repair and upgrading. Each time I walked through those areas I felt like I was in a cheap hotel in Asia not USA. The room was also very dated, however, it was clean and the beds were fine. The room had air-conditioning that worked well. I would not recommend people stay here if they are hoping for a relaxing space. Overall, if we go on another cruise and need to stay in this area would we pay the higher fees and stay at a nicer hotel nearby.

It is an older hotel, the a/c was loud, but the staff was friendly. There is only coffee fir breakfast, so I found an awesome coffee/bakery/diner just around the corner called Collosus! Excellent coffee and breakfast items including croissants, french-style Omelettes and french toast and brioches!

We checked & the clerk just handed out room key very stoic. The hallways & elevator smelled like mold. There was no ice machine on our floor. The room was dated. The bathroom sink was cracked & chipped, the carpet was stained. The bathroom appeared clean but there were strands of hair on the floor. We were thankful that the air conditioner worked quite well with this heat. Overall, we would not recommend this place. It needs a lot of repair & updating. It felt like we walked into a1970s hotel room.

The two cleaning staff that we met were nice. However, the owner was a bit curt with us when checking in. It was a nonsmoking hotel but the hallways smelled like old cigarettes. The furniture was falling apart, the rooms could’ve used a coat of fresh paint, and the overall experience could’ve been better.
