I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. ..."

"All 5 bathrooms were overflowing? Poor plumbing issues never addressed, rooms smells bad. The sad thing is that it’s known to the owners and all they can say is sorry. Unacceptable! Take it out of the rental market, fix the issue! Money grab!"
