"Great value hotel in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes from walk from the main square. Breakfast was really good, we didn’t have it included but were able to get a discount for staying in the hotel. Rooms were spacious, didn’t use the kitchen facilities but all seemed good. Would definitely stay again. "

"Wow, what can I say! This has to be the most beautiful and elegant boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. On entering, the foyer is small but beautifully decorated and the staff make you feel very welcome. Check in was quick and efficient and we were shown to our room by a kind gentleman. The room, a superior double, was stunning. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The room looked onto the street and it was wonderful to hear the horse and carriage trotting by every so often. The bathroom had all the amenities you would need. The bottle of wine and amaretto was a lovely touch. The breakfast is out of this world! We ate numerous times at the renowned Fiorentina restaurant which is part of the hotel. The food and service were impeccable. Krakow is a beautiful city and Balthazar hotel was just the best place to stay to enjoy everything krakow has to offer. We had a very early return flight and we were given a wonderful breakfast box away with us which was delicious. Thank you so much Balthazar hotel for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back next year. Don’t hesitate to book this!"

"Beautiful modern room. Double jacuzzi bath in room. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival, mini fridge restocked daily. We loved looking over the square and opening the windows and listening to the square noise. Staff were all very accommodating and found us an adapter to plug when we had forgotten ours. They were all very friendly. Nice breakfast provided. Hotel is in the perfect location we shall stay here again. "

"The room was comfortable, and well hotel’s location very convenient. The staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was generally good, though I think it could be improved by offering a bit more variety beyond the usual fried eggs and cold cuts — perhaps some porridge or more fresh options. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this hotel again."
