Located near the Suffolk/Norfolk border with easy access to the many idyllic fishing villages and larger towns, guests will find everything from traditional seaside fares to romantic eateries. To the North, Gorleston offers a stunning bay with golden sand beaches and clifftop restaurants, further North is the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth with Sea World. Those harking back to childhood memories can enjoy the history and heritage of the fishing industry and wealth created by the sardine trade along the quayside. For a bit of candy-floss and kitsch, the seafront provides illuminations, pier, promenades, arcades, funfair and a sandy beach. To the South, another traditional seaside town Lowestoft is just a few miles away and few miles beyond are the towns of Southwold and Alburgh which are a must-visit for any stay in Suffolk. Take a trip inland to the magical waterways of the Norfolk broads or the many English Heritage sites that dot the landscape.
Enter this fantastic barn through the side of the property where you walk through into a lobby area that has a separate WC and is also the perfect place to kick off your walking boots before heading into a wonderfully presented lounge/kitchen/diner with limestone floors, fabulous artwork bursting with character with its exposed original beams. The lounge area is perfect for you to enjoy some social downtime with three sofas that surround a Smart TV so you can stream or watch your favourite shows with loved ones. The chef in the group will love the space the kitchen offers when preparing culinary delights. As well as a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher you have a kitchen island complete with three bar stools, should anyone want to grab a light snack or just watch you cook. The formal dining table can seat up to six people. If you prefer the experience of al fresco dining, then you can open up the patio doors conveniently located across the side of the open-plan living area and serve food outside with ease from the kitchen. This property is located on the ground floor and offers three king-size bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room and WC. All bedrooms have patio doors that lead on to a patio area and come equipped with Smart TV's, wardrobes and drawers, and one with a walk-in wardrobe. So lots of space to put your suitcases away.
Outside is accessed via the French doors from the kitchen and here you have a communal courtyard with plenty of your own dedicated limestone constructed seating area surrounded by beautiful plants with a hot tub to soak away those tired muscles whilst stargazing in blissful surroundings. There is private off-road parking for up to three cars.
