Charming inn with a beautiful waterfront view from the back patio. Large clean room with lots of seating & comfortable bed. Great location to restaurants and shopping.
Beautiful view of the harbour, and EVERYTHING you need in the room, including space heater and air conditioning. Beautiful east coast charm feel. Wed do it again in a heartbeat!
This room was exceptionally clean, the front desk was more than helpful and we enjoyed the morning views from our balcony. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next visit to Lunenburg!
The room is big with a nice view on the water front. It is very clean. The bed is extremely high but confortable. The location is perfect, close to everything. The only negative point is the bathroom. It really needs to be renovated, especially the toilet. It dors not flush easily.
Absolutely beautiful place right in the heart of Lunenburg. Everything is within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is exceptional. Smart TV and solid wifi. Staff was wonderful. Little kitchenette was convenient. Small ice bags at the front desk was a nice idea. The only issue is parking. It's first come first serve on the streets. You'll also need to download the parking app to pay for your parking on the street. This was our favorite stay on our two week trip of Nova Scotia.

No parking no restaurant the accommodations are old, but they are very clean. Disappointed as online when I booked it it showed there was a restaurant and people sitting at it having drinks overlooking the water and there wasn’t. It had been closed for two years. And based on the price, I felt something else should’ve been offered like a restaurant or a bar or even parking. Not sure that I would book there again.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Couldn’t be better. Harbour view and right in the Main Street in the thick of things. Large room with comfortable bed and a huge balcony!
Our room and the check-in area were very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a lovely view of the harbor, the Bluenose II, and the horse drawn carriages on Bluenose Drive from an enclosed sunroom off our bedroom. Very pleasant and many good restaurants, shops, and the waterfront within easy walking distance.
Great location….can walk to all attractions, restaurants etc. Parking can be difficult until 4pm when day visitors leave. No elevator but staff will help with luggage. Lovely atmosphere with common balcony overlooking the harbour and Bluenose II.
We loved our overnight stay at RumRunner. The room was super clean, comfortable, with special touches that made you feel welcome. It has a communal balcony that with a view of the harbor where you can have some quiet time with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The staff was very friendly and was there to greet us even though we arrived somewhat late. We would be happy to return!
The room was great, the staff is wonderful. Parking can be an issue as it is all On street parking. However it opened up quickly.
The porch room needs some work. Window handles broken! Plus the room in the hot summer is difficult to use.
Beautiful, historic, and well-preserved building with easy access to the water front, dining, and unique town. Staff was friendly and accomodations were excellent.
Amazing place to stay, great location, staff were super friendly, and the owner was very nice, sharing ways to make our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended the Rum Runner Inn!
