Manager of the apts was helpful when I escalated to her, but we had an issue with the lift and her first response was that someone did it. The staff attitude towards paying guests leaves a lot to be desired. Apartments are very nice and location is great, but I wouldn’t stay again. They are beyond rigid with everything - read the rules before staying. Rooftop area is amazing, but they don’t encourage use of it and no outside guests allowed. Advertised room with a queen bed, but it was a double bed at best so sleep wasn’t easy with 2 of us in a double bed. The staff were very nice and an issue with a tripped fuse was fixed quickly. Our instructions were clear as we had a late arrival due to train delays. Room was clean and cool. The accommodation is close to the shops and a walking track that lead you to the Botanic Gardens. Great rooms, and rhe staff were lovely and helpful as we left our bags with reception after our checkout.
