“Water pressure!!! OMG, this place has NO water pressure. The staff said it was because too many people were trying to use the water at the same time. I tried to shower several different times during the day and the pressure was always the same. In room safe did not work and needed replaced. Mini fridge didn’t work and they wouldn’t replace or repair it. Internet didn’t work and they took two days to repair. Television didn’t work and it took 2 days of me complaining before they fixed it. This...

“Much different than the average boring hotels. We had a two bedroon/two CR unit with a small balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, eat, clean. The AirCons were outstanding, one on bottom floor and one in each BR upstairs. My kids felt like they were home instead of feeling bored in a square hotel room. Breakfast downstairs was excellent.
