We love this place we come every year .

Clean and comfortable! The hotel staff was friendly and provided a pack and play crib for our infant son free of charge.

Visited John’s Pass. Nice to be able to park in parking garage (included) before check in. Very tight maneuvering. Note: motorcycles are allowed in parking ramp.

Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.

Family friendly resort with great location and kid friendly. Service and Everyone was excellent. You can borrow beach chairs, towels, toys, and the beach is across the street!!!

This hotel is the best of the best for your family really close to the beach

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

Our stay was fabulous. You can see the boardwalk to the beach from our hotel door, the staff were more than welcoming and were friendly and helpful as we navigated evacuation and the hurricane. The room was small, but who cares? The front room had a kitchenette with everything we needed to cook for our family, a table and a very large and comfortable pull out couch. Me and my family had a great time. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the restaurant and pool bar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Our stay was fantastic. Only negative would be all of the resort and parking fees. I would honestly rather have them included in the room. We are paying a higher rate to stay at a great hotel and all of the added fees are crazy.

Close to Main Street (downtown Dunedin), easy to walk to most destinations. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, Tea and Coffee available all day. Room Service was timely. Room comfortable and clean.

When my grandma and I first came we were greeted when we went to check in with free drinks and then room service always ensured we had water. Property has free taxi rides that work on tips. Bikes, beach chairs, beach loungers, umbrella. I think the only thing I wish the hotel had would be more food options at 82 degrees restaurant other than that the staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our family and friends.
