We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. "

"The property is a very nice 1 story home. We had kids and adults and both were very comfortable at the rental. Pros: - nice rec area in garage - updated and new appliances - clean and well cared for - plenty of space and storage - nice hard wood in kitchen and open area Cons: - needs signage of address outside home - ants: we found a lot of dead ones but also some live ones as well. - back yard: great amount of space but would be great if mowed/plowed down. Lots of burrs - a little more...

"My husband and I stayed here to break up the drive from Las Vegas to the Bay Area. Couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s was 104 degrees out, but this little adobe cottage was cool, calm, and super relaxing. Lots of shady privacy on a large lot that the dog loved exploring. Neat and clean inside. Very cute. The single bedroom is roomy. We would highly recommend."
