"When I take the boat transfer back to airport, the staff doesn’t slow down the boat while the tide come. My skirt get fully wet.
The floor of villa is broken.
My villa is out of electricity twice within 4 days.
The variety of food is limited. "

"A large size resort with various of activities, from diving to parasailing, even kart racing. There a many reefs, in good conditional, for snorkeling. Sharks and stingray could be easily observed from beaches and villas.
The buffet breakfast and lunch are in average standard, while the a la carte restaurants are better than expected.
However, the shuttle service has to be improved, especially on early morning and late night.

"My stay was marred by poor service here. Staff: lack of proactivity & no smiles. I had to follow up with the reservation team for seaplane arrangements, but Shanna, never read my questions carefully. Her responses felt scripted and unhelpful, which was incredibly frustrating. I eventually had to call the hotel directly to request a manager’s assistance. The dining experience was also disappointing. The food quality was subpar, with a menu primarily consisting of Indian dishes and only a limited selection of international cuisine, which did not cater well to us. Also, the attitude of Raha staff - Zar, was rude, detracting significantly from our dining experience. Thankfully, the restaurant manager, Vineet, stepped in to address my concerns, and I appreciate his efforts to make things right. On a positive note, Yaseen was the first staff member to show genuine friendliness towards us. His warm demeanor helped alleviate some of the frustration we had experienced. The buggy service at the resort was poorly organized as well. Every time I called the reception for a pickup, the staff sounded robotic and rude, and we consistently had to wait for 10+ mins, which was a significant waste of time. Lastly, I want to extend my gratitude to Joyce, our host, who genuinely worked hard to improve our experience at the resort. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and made a difference in our stay. As a 5-star resort, there is considerable room for improvement and I would not recommend this resort."
