Stayed December, 2025. In spite of the care taken to keep the cold at bay and a heat pump, it was still chilly. The bed was comfortable and clean. The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door.
