“When we walked in, we had to sweep automatically there was dog bones under the bed… went to put coffee by the coffee machine and there was grease all over the coffee machine had to go out and buy a coffee maker mold in the bathroom. They hide it behind a hamper and when I addressed it, nobody said anything but other than that check-in was awesome and all the hiking was great”

“Very interesting community it is placed in. We rolled in around 10 at night and were a tad spooked. The place was very cute and clean. Only complaints are that we were overtaken by Asian Lady Beetles halfway through the trip, and that the pull-out couch had a part that would slide from under you. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, perfect for our late-night pancake making. We also got to watch Dance Moms, which is an extreme plus. Love you, Haydenville! Just a little scared of you.”

Not only was the original cabin perfect, she called us to see if we wanted to switch to a cabin on less of an incline, for the impending snow storm. As if that wasn’t enough, she allowed us to stay an extra day due to that weather. Nothing better than being snowed into a beautiful cabin for an extended weekend. “This is our second time staying at Jesse's property. He has made multiple improvements to the home since our first trip. The Wi-Fi has been upgraded and worked wonderfully! Just having access to the hot tub is 100% worth it for us. The kitchen has plenty of cookware, silverware, plates and cups. He has included hand soap and dish soap. The improvement we were most happy about is the walkway that was added from where you park to the porch. We will definitely be booking again!!”

“We stayed 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the Hocking Hills area. There’s so much to do and we were able to all have a great time. The cabin is adorable, quiet and secluded. The a.c. works great. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and around the campfire at night. The clear, open skies allowed for stargazing. Our host Elizabeth was very attentive and communicated everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again”
