"The property is fairly well maintained overall. I can't judge the other units, but mine was fine inside, except for the musty odor. (A trip to Walmart for Lysol air sanitizer helped.) The sliding glass door to the balcony wouldn't lock, but a call to maintenance and that was rectified immediately. The patio/balcony needs work. The wood on the railing is rotting and there were rodent droppings on the balcony floor. A rat actually came on the balcony while I was sitting there... my scream alerted my neighbors and the people fishing from the dock below. Overall, I would return, but I would love to see other units to see if maybe my issues were only with #13, or if the property is just in need of some TLC. The location is perfect for a quiet retreat."
