“We arrived Sunday afternoon & left Tuesday morning. Sunday, people were leaving. We stayed in “…one of their best rooms” according to check-in staff. Everything is old. Needs a remodel urgently. Tub caulking was parted, shower head was old, water barely came out of shower head, door knob loose. Staff was helpful & nice. Pool was very dirty, I asked around 11am about when the pool was going to be cleaned, they said it gets cleaned daily after pool closes. Water was dirty. The room was clean, beds……

“Great stay for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach, Oxxo, good tacos & a nice coffee shop across the street. About a 10 minute drive to the Malecon. Went with my family & it was perfect for us. The staff was friendly, spoke English & gave us great recommendations. Hotel was clean, AC worked well, staff was attentive. Very pleased with my stay. “We had a great stay, I’ll be back. To start, the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and everything is in good working condition. The facilities overall are in good condition, clean pool/spa and there are trash cans all around to make it easy for guests. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment. The location is easy to walk, you can park your car and not move it until you check out.”

“I liked the pool area. It has a beautiful view to the harbor. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff at the entrance and at the spa were exceptionally nice. I didn’t get the same feel for the restaurant staff, although they were helpful. What I didn’t like was that our room had plumbing issues. Both the toilet and sink were clogged and nobody came up to fix the problem after having asked twice. The four of us had to go down from the sixth floor to the lobby area bathroom. Other than……
