"We love Duquesa and have been visiting for 12 years having previously had our own property. This apartment’s location is fantastic for both the port and the beach. It is spacious and reasonably well equipped and has a large balcony where we spend a lot of our time with views of the complex’s pools and the beach. 2024 will be our 3rd year renting this apartment."

"Great apt and location walking distance to hills and walks everything you want in the apt only minus was the sofas were not comfy for a long stay could do with updating but don't let this put you off great views from the large upstairs solarium convenient for lift and parking beds were comfy outside choice of furniture was amazing host and agent was very helpful would definitely recommend to anyone and would book again"

"We had a fantastic week in the property. The whole experience from start to finish was first class. We arrived after office hours and our keys awaited us as promised in the key box. Getting in to the apartment was very easy. We really appreciated the lift with our luggage and shopping. Having a dedicated parking space in the garage too was a massive bonus. "The property was clean and decorated with cute but not terribly comfortable IKEA furniture with the exception of the beds which were fairly comfortable. The view from the terrace was spectacular! The only (small) negatives were no toilet paper, kitchen paper towels or hand soap. "Lovely apartment, balcony wonderful. Everything you would need for a week’s holiday. So much already there that you don’t have to buy. Mandi’s suggestions on where to eat were followed up and excellent and she was very quick to respond to our requests for more information. "Just spent 8 weeks at this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a long stay, from plenty of bed linen to a fully equipped kitchen. "Everything was fabulous! The apartment is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the balcony is lovely - nothing not to like! The complex was cleaned every day and the location is perfect. An easy walk to Duquesa port, Sabinillas town and the castle area. Hopefully we can go back again next year!"

We met Valerie (the property manager) at the front gate of the complex and she walked us up to the unit and showed us everything. "The apartment itself is first class and the sea views excellent The location is poor in that you have to cross the busy A7 road to walk to the two restaurants which are nearby. Also there were huge amounts of uncollected rubbish which had been deposited outside of and adjacent to the designated bins.I have a picture of this and it would not be something you would expect to see when looking out of the apartment"

"I loved the location of the property as it was high up on a hill and the views of the sea are amazing and views of the mountains and the different villages and golf courses were fantastic. The staff were amazing and very nice and friendly! I particularly liked Victoria and Christian who both worked so hard and treated me like family! Kudos to them.
