The room was quite clean, albeit there was some black mould on and around the shower tray’s silicon seal. Good water pressure. Noisy refrigerator and air con, had to switch off both in order to be able to sleep, however plenty of mosquitos ( no mesh) when I opened the window to cool down the room still made it difficult to get a good sleep. Breakfast buffet was poor with very limited options and not that fresh. On a positive note the sole lady working in the breakfast room was very friendly and free parking was available on the road in front of the urbanisation. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. Overall not that great of an experience. I have stayed in a few better places in the same area before.

Wonderful hotel

Este hotel no tiene área de carga y descarga de modo tal que al llegar con el vehículo se debe detener en la calle y obstaculizar a los que vienen detrás. No hay empleados que ayuden a llevar el equipaje . No hay rampa en el lobby para acceder a los ascensores, hay un ascensor de discapacitados o sea que tuvimos que subir una escalera con el equipaje.Cobran el “alquiler “ de la caja fuerte que se encuentra en el dormitorio. Tiene dos pequeños ascensores que tardan muchísimo y los pasajeros se quejan. No funcionaba el TE para comunicarse con recepción. Las alfombras de los pasillos están viejas y sucias. Para dos personas solo dan una toalla de mano y debíamos solicitar otra cada día. La tostadora no funcionaba y las camas eran incómodas. Lo único rescatable fue la atención de Miguel, el empleado de recepción, que es muy amable. No volvería

Beautiful hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at the Coral Beach Aparthotel! The staff were amazing and helpful, always ready to provide support. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the noise and crowds at Puerto Banus, but less than a 15 min walk along the boardwalk or a 5 min car ride away if you want the night life. Tranquil, peaceful setting with small flocks of parrots flying along the coast and on the property. Maybe it was the time of year, late Sept, but the weather was perfect and the crowds/traffic were minimal. On-site, garage parking was a bonus, and with an Aldi right across the street, couldn't have been more convenient. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were. The balconies are large and the beach view makes for a perfect stay!

Deje mi reloj olvidado y al llamar al hotel lo tenían guardado. La honradez de las señoras de housekeeping y todo el personal me lleno de completa confianza. Volvería a quedarme en este hotel , el personal muy amable , la señora del spa super profesional y agradable . Tienen un rooftop con buena música y ricos cocktails.
