"I was greeted kindly and was able to change my room to a king size bed with ease. Staff was helpful. The bathroom needed updating out overall it was a pleasant experience. I was within minutes of the Corning Glass Fest and only 30 min to Watkins Glen. I will happily stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience. "

The rooms had bad smoking smell that did not go away with heavy air freshener sprays; bathroom door had no lock; main room doors were barely locking; windows had no locks; linens were stained with burn holes."

"Quaint motel, very much in keeping with the small-town charm of Wellsboro. Right on the edge of Main Street, walkable to all shops and restaurants. Looks to have been refurbished fairly recently and the room decor was very well done from the bathroom to the curtain holders! Clean and well kept. The only minor issue was the a/c unit was quite loud...when the compressor kicked in, it sounded like an old muscle car running in the parking lot! But, some ear plugs solved that issue. Great place,...

"Lauren was an absolute legend. Knowing she may not have been onsite when we got there she called me in the. To let me know. Left the key for me and came to see us afterwards. The room was great. Clean, updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are the best I have had the pleasure of sleeping in. Lots of hot water, although the water pressure is a little.on the low side but none the less great stay all around. Will certainly stay there again if passing through. "

"Short fishing trip on Pine Creek, father and two sons. Cabin was really perfect, very clean and well kept. The surrounding property was incredibly well maintained. Beautiful spot. If we get back to this area will definitely try to stay here again."
