"The restaurant selection was poor. The main restaurant was very expensive and the quality did not match the price. We ate at this restaurant on Friday night! The bar in the main lobby was not staffed! The club lounge/bar downstairs was packed all the time. The did not have adequate staff to serve the many people trying to eat, and we were just ignored! I was able to snag a drink at the bar and take it upstairs to the lobby area since that bar was closed. However, we tried multiple times to get food and couldn’t! We ended up driving to a chic fil a for supper on Saturday night! "

"Stayed in the Valley Tower. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The property offers several entertainment options, besides the casino. It also has several bars and eating options. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the cute laid back quietness of the whole area!! Everything was just right!!the views were wonderful and the north Georgia weather just happened to show out just in time to slip in the hot tub and watch it snow!!we will be back...cabin 2 was outstanding!!"

"The exterior of the hotel is very nice. The fireplace and common area is really nice and welcoming. Staff is great. Rooms are dated and walls definitely need some soundproofing. Overall it was a good stay, will consider coming back in the summer. The surrounding area is beautiful and fun. "
