Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……
