“Convenient Hotel on the outskirts of Metz. Hotel was clean with helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy though pillows could be improved. Breakfast was a little lacking, but expected for continental.”

“Stains on the bathroom floor where it hadn’t been cleaned properly, patchy wifi, the tv didn’t connect to channels. When we arrived we had just missed the restaurant and we couldn’t order room service to get any food. After a 10hr drive we had to go back out and look for food we checked online before getting there and nowhere did it show times for restaurant/food maybe you should. In the room an empty water glass bottle which looked like it should have had water in it for us. This is our 2nd……

“The hotel is very dated, it looked better in the front but at the back, it looked abandoned and not maintained. The room is very small, basic and not very clean. The supposed garden was not maintained and the pavement was uneven with loose slabs which can be dangerous. The breakfast was chaotic with few choices.”

“This was a wonderful place. I would have made this a destination rather than a quick overnight into France. The building is charing and historic but with nicely updated rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, and lovely farm views. The breakfast was wonderful. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The setting is serene and beautiful. And the whole stay was very affordable.”

“Closed to train station, not far from flixbus station. Can borrow hair dryer at reception. During my stay it was a hot day, no air con and if I open the window, it’s quite noisy and mosquitoes go in the room. Keep sweating. But for a night stay it’s a alright.”
