Perfect location, perfect views, in fact, perfect in every way - from the roll top bath with the stunning views to the well equipped kitchen, cosy lounge with log burner and lulled to sleep by the gentle waves. “This stay should have been great. The house itself is huge, each of the rooms are unique and there are gorgeous views. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the hot tub being dirty and the maintenance company and host were very apologetic, but nothing was actually done about it and I have had to complain directly to VRBO. “This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast.
