“Good central location for overnight stop in Penrith with parking. Decent size room, reasonably clean and quiet. Stair carpet filthy though needs replacement. Tea and coffee sachets not replenished, tollet roll holder hanging off wall.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful from checking in to food services. Room was a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with choices on a pre ordered menu which meant service was perfect. Views of mountains from some rooms and also from outside sitting area. Options to dine in the evening available with a good choice of food and highly recommend the steak pie. Lovely quiet location and perfect for visiting places”
