“This hotel is located in a small deserted island connected to Phu quoc by a cablecar working only from 8 am till 5pm. The hotel has no restaurant, same for the island: no restaurants, so no way to have a meal after 5 pm!! You cannot sell rooms in this hotel.!!”

“We stayed at Roma Hotel for three nights. This hotel is in Sunset Town. It’s close to many other attractions, restaurants. The hotel offered a complimentary buggy tour around town. The included breakfast buffet offers many food choices and good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. ”

“お部屋も可愛らしく綺麗でしたし、2ベットルーム2バストイレで広かったです。何より、バルコニーから花火が正面に大きく見えたことが一番感動しました。ケーブルカーステーションにも近く便利でした。ただ、Grab予約の時に、正確な住所や名称が検索されず、正面まで送ってもらえないこともありました。チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かっていただけて感謝です。ただ、フロントにスタッフが滞在していず、連絡が取れずに時間ロスもしました。全体的にはとても満足しています。”

“Great stay overall! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The balcony view was amazing — perfect for watching the sunset and even the fireworks at night. The host was very friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc.”

Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....

Chúng tôi đã đón tuần trăng mật của mình tại đây rất đặc biệt. Bên cạnh khách sạn cũng có rất nhiều quán ăn và các cửa hàng tiện lợi, đầy đủ tiện ích cho một chuyến du lịch gia đình. Nói chung là rất đáng để trải nghiệm”

“The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid.”
