Communication through many people of multiple levels. No hand soap, no hand towels. Newer location- some grab and buggy drivers unfamiliar with location.

The hotel provides plenty of amenities, including a safe and a mini fridge. They also offer a shuttle service for airport scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, One thing to note is that there are steps at the front entrance that guests must climb. This could be an issue for elderly guests or those with disabilities. The breakfast buffet is just okay, but you can always go out and explore the local food options. The pool is clean and beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean while you swim. There are also chairs where you can relax, enjoy the sound of the waves, and unwind. The staff also made our trip memorable by making a beautiful swan anniversary gift. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phu Quoc.
