"Staff excellent and empathetic to special needs. Pillows on beds too fat for comfortable sleep…need various sized pillows for proper sleep post7ure. Heating/cooling vents blow directly on bed…could redirect flow upward."

"When we got to the hotel after a long day it was after 11pm. The electricity was out in the area and did not come on til the next morning at 6:40. The staff was fantastic. They walked us w a flashlight to the staircase (where we said we could take it from there) made sure we had everything we needed and were courteous and kind the whole time even though it was a stressful situation. Next morning when the lights were on showed a lovely new hotel with tasteful decorations and good breakfast choices. I would totally stay here again. "

"The price was great. The facility is decent and the staff first class. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast although the presentation was real nice. We will return should we have reason to be the area. "

"A very comfortable stay in Olympia. Check in staff was very friendly and room was clean and spacious. There were several walkable restaurants around the hotel. Stayed here in between our travel to Olympic and Mt. Rainier National Parks."
