“It might b better described as a family home rather than a hotel. Certain "historical restored" features did not make this stay restful. I wont return if I have business to conduct in the area.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“I stayed for two nights for work and it was great! It’s very easy to get to, right off the freeway. Even though it’s close to the freeway, you don’t hear any traffic noise once you’re inside. The room was very nice and clean. It was very quiet. They have one of best fitness centers that I have found in a hotel. The Bistro was very convenient to grab a quick coffee and breakfast. This is definitely where I will stay the next time I am in town.”

“Really nice property and in a nice location. Two issues to consider: car parking in the hotel lot is currently tight because of construction and the other is there are a lot of homeless people wandering around this area. Not particularly dangerous during the day, but I probably wouldn’t walk around alone at night.”

“The queen bed was very uncomfortable. There was only a desk chair in the room, no comfortable chair to sit in. Room was clean ”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
