Room was never cleaned, two towels for two people. Carpet is over 30 years old. Was told I get a &20.00 refund on checking out, never happen. Next time I’ll drive the 30 miles to the next hotel. If you looking for a really poor hotel, this is it. The owner can hardly speak English. We were there for the bluegrass festival and our other options were more expensive or much farther away. As such the place is in need of an update and did provide the necessities. It met our needs.
