Great hotel at the best price in town. 5 minutes from the closest boat ramp on Texoma and lots of dining options within 15 minutes. Plenty of vehicle and boat parking. Adrean, James and their family are amazing; so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Nice Place to stay

I have stayed here before in September, I can say I like the little things they have updated. Since it wasn’t so hot I was able to sit outside and enjoy the morning and do some work.

Bed was soft nice but a small queen bed and there was dog or hair of some kind on both the comforters covered in it, and had some strange odor I think it was wet dog smell. But was nice easy to find and had two beds which was nice to have I always try to find the good in all things the owners were great gave us an extra hour to checkout we got there really late so I was appreciative for that and the waters in the room was nice so thank you for the room to rest our heads and tje communication was fantastic

The room was super cozy, clean and had nice touches such as a kerurig, coffee and liquid creamer packets. Nicely remodeled and i felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again!

The room was very nice, but the air conditioning was very poor. We were miserable when we were sleeping. It would’ve been nice to have some place to hang our clothes on and we had a very large person staying with us, and they could barely fit into the small shower! Not sure if you had an icemaker anywhere, but we didn’t see one of those. That would be very helpful if you had one!! We had wonderful parking for the truck and boat!! we so enjoyed the sausage sticks that were left in our refrigerator. That was a very nice touch.!! It was delicious. Thank you.!!! we would definitely stay again. Just a few things that would help it in our opinion!! Very nice owner!!!

Absolutely beautiful motel room designed for ultimate cabin feel. The bed was amazing as i like to sink into my surrounding. However, not great on husbands bad hip. Ac was superb!!
