“The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”

“Our stop at Best Western in Omaha, NE was a nightmare. We were on a week-long road trip from the East to the West Coast. Without a doubt, this hotel was THE WORST out of 6 places...all different hotel brands. We walked in and was greeted with an unwelcomed smell, the parking lot was horrible, the elevator looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years with worn our dirty rugs in it. When we finally got to our room, it didn't smell clean, stains on the bedspread and there were a ziplock of partially……

“Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par.
