"Two nights ago, I stayed in 104 room. Before taking a shower, I saw a finger big insect with long legs on the towel……………………………………and all the towel feel like full of humidity! It’s a bit uncomfortable! "

"The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast. "

"客房狀態偏舊及清潔不足，職員服務QK，但有點cool, 早餐質素非常一般，食物均是超市食品，唯一好處是近車站，適合火車旅遊客。"

"The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome. Room the 2 bed rooms is spacious but the room is very dark. Amenities are very good with toothbrushes and slippers."
