"Good location But staff very unhelpful, no place for luggage storage Toilets were clean on the first night but not the second night, room with heavy smell Water supply was stopped on the first night due to a scheduled maintenance but they didn’t prepare anything for that"

"Two nights ago, I stayed in 104 room. Before taking a shower, I saw a finger big insect with long legs on the towel……………………………………and all the towel feel like full of humidity! It’s a bit uncomfortable! "

"The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome. Room the 2 bed rooms is spacious but the room is very dark. Amenities are very good with toothbrushes and slippers."
