“The proprietor was friendly and made a special effort to give us a room that was easy to access. The room was very well kept, and immaculately clean. You can tell that things were replaced as soon as necessary, and not wholly renovated, so there is some hodgepodge to the decor, but everything is clean and new. The full fridge came in handy, and there is plenty of room. They make special effort to think of extra touches. We were really impressed. What a great value! ”

“We shared this house with my sister-in-law and her family, and it was so perfect for our two families. Four adults and eleven kids? No problem! Everyone had a bed, the older teens had spaces away from the younger kids, and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and other cooking utensils for us to feed our small army, and there were plenty of plates and cutlery and glasses. We especially appreciated that there were plastic cups as well as glass……

“We met here for the long holiday weekend … what a great base for everyone to operate out of! We used the complimentary pool passes and biked the trail at nearby Zorinsky Lake, and HyVee and Target were close for the extra things we forgot . Fireworks were … we didn’t need to leave to get an impressive show! Lovely home. ”

“All was clean and easy. The layout was just right for 3 adults and 6 kids aged 7 to 20. The multiple levels with separate areas made it easy for different age groups to get together. It was easy access to our family wedding for us out of towners. ”
