“horrible experience, the room not clean and dust all over the bed.But stuff were friendly.”

“There is a dreadful smell of raw sewage in the car park. There was a dead pigeon there when we stayed too - nobody cleaned it away for the five days of our visit. The entire lobby stinks of chlorine coming from the spa. The cleaners tried to clean our room at 8.30am, in what must be categorised as a holiday, not a business, hotel. But far, far worse than all of this was the bed. It was basically a plank. So hard that both my wife and I could barely sleep, and I was hobbling around with back……

“Superbe endroit et personnel extrêmement compétent, je souriant et disponible. C'est assez rare”

“Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Patrons adorables ! Très bien servis et beaucoup d'attention !”

“The hotel was just one street from the railway station and a few streets stroll into the town centre. Ideal in every way. The staff were excellent, efficient and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette was functional and useful. We cannot fault these premises.”
