  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Almost 5 stars just cause of few minor details. Floors were not clean, Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Dirty walls, furniture stained and ripped, broken balcony seats, building staff 1 star valet was never around to open gate literally had to wait up to 10 minutes to get in or even out at times. Front lobby check in registration was complicated. They had no info on my reservation until i showed them physically on my phone that i had one. Terrace is only for events. So no chance of getting a 360 view. Otherwise this apartment was amazing!! Spacious, location a plus, very comfortable. Loved it! Definitely recommend.

the actual condo was very nice, clean and equipped with the exception of the bathroom which was small, only 2 towels and need to leave the water running first to get hot water. We also found it very frustrating having to down load apps and having to call a managment company to check in and the app instructions did not work for me . HIt or miss I guess.

One excellent week in brickel

everything was ok, it was worth going up and down the seven parking floors. The bed was very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The kitchen was fully equiped, and the bathroom supplys enough for our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay in this apartment was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the overall quality of the unit. To start, the cleanliness was not acceptable at check-in. The floor felt sticky. To their credit, the team did come back and re-clean it, but the floor still didn’t feel right—possibly because of the flooring material. The apartment itself feels like it was built with very cheap materials. The sliding balcony doors barely worked and were extremely hard to open, almost like they were stuck with paint/cement. Multiple things felt unfinished. The bathrooms were especially uncomfortable. The toilet flush handles were stiff and hard to push. And the showers don’t even have proper doors, so the bathroom gets cold and water splashes outside easily. The vanity/counter space is so small you can’t even place basic items like a perfume or toiletries without them falling off. Outside of the unit, the area is clearly still under construction. The street is active construction, and it feels like part of the building itself is not fully completed yet. That said, the complex amenities are nice—the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym are great. But the apartment quality is so poor (old beds that you can feel the boards, cheap doors/locks, closet doors, outdated hardware, and almost no mirrors besides the bathroom) that I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
