Amazing hotel with amazing and friendly staff! Was treated so good and the staff is helpful and kind! Definitely will go back again if I ever come back to Miami! Super close to a lot of things and the Kaseya Center!

We are cruising in September I don’t know whether you would call that off-season, but the price for what you get for this hotel is amazing, it’s bigger than some apartments and it was spotlessly clean had everything you could possibly need. I will stay here always when we come back to Miami!

They gave me an early check in which was great! The amenities were very nice and the room was even better. I believe it’s a condo building that also rents the empty units, we had a 2 room unit with a view of the city and overall it was amazing. Very well furnished with large rooms. My one complaint is that I wish I were there for more than one night! It’s refreshing to have such a large space in the city, especially at the price point.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful I was not impressed with the facility itself. I found my room to be dirty with stains on the couch, bathrobes, and other furniture. While the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking there was a very strong smell of weed throughout the hotel and in my room. The AC unit in the room was also very loud which if you’re a light sleeper like me, that made it hard to fall and stay asleep. Overall this is not a property I would stay at again.

This hotel/condo was very nice and in an excellent location. Very close to restaurants, shopping, the bay and the arena. The studio room was very spacious with a full kitchen. The pool was large and beautiful. The gym was excellent with great equipment and open 24 hours. The only downside was the check in process. We arrived early and were told our room would probably be ready in a couple of hours. They stored our luggage for us and we went out for a few hours. When we got back the room still wasn’t ready. We waited another hour, then were told the room was ready but they were waiting for the manager to bring the key. This took another half hour. All in all not a great check in experience. One other thing we noticed was the majority of people staying here are probably between 22-30 years old. We felt a little out of place being in our sixties. All in all this was a very nice place to stay overnight.
