Great stay! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, very well located in Brickell and close to everything. The property management team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. Would happily stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was great just a tad dated. The elevators hadn't been inspected in about 3 years which is kind of sketchy when going up 49 floors. The view was amazing. Felt like the modern Miami 80s vibes and we loved it. Best of all was the location very walkable to stores and restaurants in Brickell. A very safe area. I would recommend this spot for a great Miami experience!

The first apartment we got was not well maintained and had maintanence works outside so no access to balconies. We contacted the office and got out into a different apartment which was good.
We stayed in this place about 10 times before and although sometimes the maintenance of the rooms are lacking the staff do a good job to accommodated your needs.
It is not what it looks like on the photo. It is very, very old. Not the Icon Brickell its the W hotel BIG DIFFERENCE you are communicating with an ai agent not a person upon entering there severely low-light guests have to search for the switch for table lamps which feels ominous in unfamiliar spaces. The windows were covered with plastic construction sheeting there are no blinds in the bedroom for privacy. In addition, densely packed tissue had been strategically placed inside the door lock mechanism, preventing the unit from locking securely when leaving. The situation required securing alternative accommodations immediately. Travelers may want to confirm the real-time condition of a property prior to arrival and consider having a backup plan if the listing does not reflect the unit’s actual state. Upside, the unit was VERY clean.

I like that I had a kitchen with a separate bedroom so that one of us cannot be disturbed when I was sleeping. I also like tha fact that the balcony was very long and wide when you compare it to YotelPad with the narrow balcony. My 2 major gripes aboiy this hotel room is the balcony is a bit difficult to open so you jave have to use a lot of strength to open it, and the washer dryer unit is old-school, especially considering all the other appliances are modern. Other than that, I had a really great stay at the Icon Brickell

Easy check-in through texting and meeting up with team member in lobby, to get us on the elevator to go up to our room. Loved the view from our room, beds were clean, towels were clean and stocked, toilet tissue was stocked, great selection of seasonings for cooking.
Cons:
- Could have been better updated balcony furniture
- Table lamp and better lighting fixture needed in 2nd bedroom
- Non-cracked toilet seat in guest bathroom
- New shower heads and water needed to be hotter in both bathroom showers
- Working ceiling light needed in master bedroom
- Needed kitchen paper towels to be stocked like the toilet tissue and towels
Would book again definitely, even with the little quirks that can be fixed or may be different in another room!

We just came back from a very disappointing stay at the Icon Brickell. There are tons and tons of hotels and apartments in this area, but we specifically chose the Icon because of the pools, the area surrounding the pools to lounge in, and the deck off the apartment for a bit of fresh air. All of these things were advertised in the listing. Well, we got there on Saturday night and found out that the pool was only open Saturday & Sunday due to construction. And then on Monday, we found that wooden blocks had been placed outside our sliding doors to the deck, preventing us from opening the doors. Finally, by Monday afternoon the glass doors and deck railings had been covered with plastic wrap, which flapped noisily in the wind all day and night. We stayed through Thursday.
If we'd had any idea of the pool closure we never would have booked this location. I am recovering from chemo and was specifically looking forward to relaxing by the pool and swimming. The apartment was nice, the front desk staff was super nice, and security was certainly strict. But we could have gotten that anywhere, and it was so disappointing to have our relaxing trip to Miami ruined by the lack of the amenities promised in the listing.

We informed management several times that we were not happy with the room cleanliness and they still hold us responsible for the room charge. We ended looking for a different place to stay.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I checked in and left the same day 1 hour later because the room was not in acceptable condition. It was dirty, had a strong mildew and smoke smell, and did not feel clean. The bed literally looked slept in the sheets were yellow. The blinds were broken the balcony was shut closed not listed in the description. I also booked this hotel expecting to use the balcony, but it was completely blocked off and this was never mentioned before or during check-in. I documented the condition of the room with photos and notified the hotel that I was leaving. I paid for this reservation through Expedia and am currently seeking a resolution because the room did not match what was advertised or what I reasonably expected. I would not stay here again and hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with future guests. Bad business.

Place was nice, however the fire alarm kept going off throughout out the stay. Also, the pool was only accessible until 7 pm and ONLY on the weekend due to construction.

The room is dated and worn along with smelling musty.
The pools weren't open there was no spa, the jacussi wasn't working, The Gym was a long way just to a garage, On Day 1, I had to wait 2 hours (or 3) just to check in due to unprepared reservations since I got to Miami at 8 pm and I was just trying to relax. The check in was just terrible. Then the staff allowed me in at 10 pm. But honestly, the Icon Brickell wasn't too good.
Our experience was terrible. We were essentially left stranded with our two children. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a strong smell of marijuana, making it completely unsuitable for families.
The room we were assigned did not match our reservation. It only had one bed and a regular couch, not a sofa bed, and they expected our 11-year-old son to sleep on it.
Both Expedia and we tried several times to contact the hotel, but it was impossible to get any assistance. The front desk staff told us there was nothing they could do and admitted they had already received many complaints from other guests about similar situations.
Fortunately, thanks to the help of an Expedia representative, we were reassigned to another hotel. However, we still had to cover additional expenses that should never have been our responsibility.
If I were Expedia, I would seriously reconsider continuing to list this hotel on the platform. It is advertised as a family-friendly property, but our experience was the complete opposite. The only thing we found there was an environment associated with drug use, which is not safe or appropriate for families with children.
This hotel seriously damages Expedia's reputation, and I hope appropriate action is taken to prevent other families from going through the same experience.

Overall, my stay was average, but there were several issues that affected the experience.
The communication with the host was okay, although we didn't interact very much during my stay. The unit could have been better stocked with essentials. For a three-night stay, there should have been more towels and washcloths available. Additionally, the sofa bed was broken and could not be used.
The cleanliness was below average. The white walls were noticeably dirty and in need of washing or repainting. The floors also appeared dusty and could have been swept more thoroughly. The view would have been great, but there was ongoing construction that blocked much of it and created a significant amount of noise.
There were also several maintenance issues that should be addressed. In the main bathroom, water from the shower leaked onto the floor, creating a large puddle after each use. Looking under the sink, it appeared the wood had signs of ongoing water damage, suggesting this has been an issue for some time. The furniture throughout the unit was worn, with some pieces old or broken. The sink in the guest bathroom was also loose and not securely attached to the wall, which raised safety concerns.
The location is excellent, but the property would benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more attention to guest comfort.
