Called in for someone to fix the tv . Then they sent someone and the person said they couldn’t fix it . They said they would sent someone someone the next day and no one ever showed up .. I called the following day , they said they would send someone out , no one showed up so they offered me a late checkout , which was unacceptable . The elevator took extremely long . One time i waited 15 minutes for it to come : 2 times I walked down from the 11th floor .
