Welcome to Lyfe Resort & Residences, a LUXURY Condo in front of Hollywood Beach a few minutes drive to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach. With a stunning view, this one-bedroom front ocean view unit features a full kitchen, 1 bathroom , balcony, washer, and dryer. Amenities include rooftop infinity ocean view pools, sundeck, private cabanas, hot tub, ocean view fitness center and beach service. Enjoy a very luxurious stay .  
  
Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to a LUXURY Condo in front of Hollywood Beach a few minutes drive to Aventura Mall and Sunny Isles Beach. With a stunning view, this one-bedroom ocean view unit features a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom , balcony, washer, and dryer. Please be advised that Lyfe Resort & Residences imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate displayed on this platform. These fees are collected separately at check-in and are required to complete your reservation with the property.  
  
Resort Fee (Nightly Charge):  
● Stays of 1 to 14 nights: $40 per night  
● Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $35 per night  
● Stays of 30 nights or more: $30 per night  
  
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:  
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.  
This deposit will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.  
  
Valet Parking (Optional):  
● 1 to 7 days: $35 per night  
● 8 or more days: $30 per night  
● Monthly rate: $650 per month  
● Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month  
  
These fees are standard across all reservations and are essential to maintaining the property’s premium amenities and guest services. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino to the West. To the South, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the North, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.  
  
Getting Around:  
● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):  
There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hallandale beach.  
● From Miami International Airport (MIA):  
Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.  
In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.

#### Beautiful condo with gorgeous views 

Very clean, comfortable, spacious place right on the beach with great views of the bay as well. Not too noisy, yet vibrant. Excellent food & drinks at restaurant in building and nearby. Only drawback was that the beach doesn’t have firm sand to walk on.

#### Fantastic location and amenities 

The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. It was clean, had the necessities we needed, and had a beautiful view. The location of the property was perfect, as we were there for Gulfstream Park. We could walk to the track, and had the options of several local restaurants.

#### Living Hell

Day one cable was not working, coffee making not working, could not open the fold out bed, which was actually a fold out futon that was hard as a brick, microwave, not working, outdoor furniture, literally had holes in the wicker could not put anything on the table or sit in the chairs and the toilet brush was laying on the side of the toilet with no cover as well as the plunger spreading who knows what kind of germs on the floor. Felt like the condo had not been stayed in for quite a while. It took my whole vacation to finally get everything addressed... and by the time I left, I asked them to stop coming to the condo even though the microwave still wasn’t working the intrusion of my privacy, and the disruption of my vacation is unforgettable and unacceptable. Disgusting place waiting for the elevator took a half an hour waiting for my car took a half an hour wound up missing my flight because of the length of time it took me to get downstairs and finally get my car even though I allotted plenty of time.. would never recommend this place to anyone who’s planning to relax on their vacation.
