“Very good property the only issue I have is the lack of customer service when it comes to requests of things for the room. You have to request multiple times before someone brings it to you that goes for room service, housekeeping, bellman, etc!”

“My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water.
We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10.
Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat with excellent service and……

“Location it's good .
Host told us to stretch our legs while he ensure the room was ready and he will come look for us.
None of the 2 things happened, we waited for almost 3 hours and when we got tired of waiting we up to him he said he was waiting for us . I didn't like that .
Worse he took us to the room 201 and it wasn't even ready end up walking us to another room that he didn't ensure it was in a condition.
Shower didn't have blinds or curtains in the bathroom window , my husband was……
