The entire staff was fantastic! We ended up upgrading our room upon arrival and could not have been happier. We had a celiac in our party and the staff at breakfast was able to ensure safe food for them to eat. They made an omelet in a separate pan that was cleaned prior to use. They also provided gluten free bread. The location was very ideal and the views from our room were outstanding. I can't thank the staff enough for their attention and thoughtfulness. We would definitely stay their again.

An excellent centrally located hotel with modern amenities and the Italian charm of its polished staff. Standard rooms can be smallish so try to go for a suite or at least rooms overlooking the piazza below and facing the Duomo. Galleria, Duomo and metro are a short & safe 5-15min walk. The little Carrefour grocery store next door has everything you forgot. Coffee service, TV, amenities all top notch. The reception staff were super friendly, especially Alfredo and Krystina who helped us with every request.
