"They canceled our reservation for the cottage and have us 2 rooms at the inn instead and did not even tell us until the day before. We booked elsewhere, as we wanted a kitchen and living area. When I requested a refund, it took several days for them to return our deposit."

"This was one of the best motels I've stayed in. Normally motels are older and musty. This was very bright, no smell. White bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed. It's set a little back on the main road. Because it was cool, we turned off the AC and opened the rear window. It was quiet. Check in/out was easy. Reasonable for the area. Highly recommend."

"Lovely stay. Comfortable bed. Large room. Adequate breakfast (no hot options that we saw, but plenty of other yummy items to choose from) with lots of spaces to enjoy it. Just a few steps outside the main street area of of Lennox. Plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. We attended an excellent outside show at the Shakespeare, which is just down the road, and hiked Mt Lenox as well. Tanglewood is outside of town too. Lots to do. Beautiful area. Great stay. "
