“Good stay”

“Square B+B was a wonderful find. It was clean, comfortable and charming. Communications and check-in were very smooth. The kitchen was well-equipped, as was the bathroom. There were so many delightful elements: books, a foosball table, water cooler, slippers and more. Thanks for a lovely stay in Stratford!”

“The apartment was clean. It was a challenge to get the fob to enter the apartment. The temperature was set to 20 C, and it was very cold during the night. When I contacted the host, she tried to address it, but the temperature went back to 20 C and stayed there the whole time. There were no amenities except a small amount of toilet paper in each bathroom and no spares. There was no soap and no shampoo. The whole atmosphere of the apartment was cold. There was nothing to create a warm……

“The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Being a very old house, with the arrival of warmer weather, there was an influx of ants around the doors; perhaps some ant traps would slow them down. Overall, a cute……

“Parking was great, the breakfast was fine. The bathroom was very small, and would not accommodate two people. Also, though I don't watch much TV, I was surprised that there was no Tv, nor was there a bed side clock. I feel badly saying so, but the very thick Chinese accent was hard to understand. I have spent a year in China, and my sister-in-law is from Hong Kong and has a strong accent. So I am familiar with accented English.
