You're staying on the first floor of an old house, with some updates. Biggest drawbacks were old-house related: few electrical outlets, dim lighting, dingy windows, uneven sidewalks, and the bedding was stale-I wish I'd brought good quality pillows and sheets from home. We had to use a toothpick so the bathroom sink would drain. We bought and left a mirror (addressing several earlier comments), and several rugs to avoid tracking in grass. It didn't feel like the owner tried to make us feel welcome (in contrast to prior experiences at other VRBO stays). The kitchen could use curtains, the living area TV didn't work, it wasn't connected to anything and it could use a larger mirror in another area so two people could get ready at the same time. It did have everything you needed from coffee to lots of towels and all appliances were nice. It did have a nice kitchen area, but curtains would give you some privacy at night. It is within walking distance of the main street with all the shops, and restaurants, so that was a plus. My friend and I stayed here for Country in the Berg! It was wonderful, a great location, easy to walk to everything. Also, a very comfortable, cozy house, had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add a second mirror somewhere, possibly a full length one on the wall outside the bathroom or on the back of the bedroom door.
