"Hotel itself is beautiful, we felt transported in time. Staff were on it and very friendly. Received complimentary champagne upon checkin-in, our bed was extremely comfortable, and room exceedingly clean. We hope to come back!"

Thankful for updating rooms
"The Plaza Hotel is updating rooms. Unfortunately we were an older room, which was ok, but as compared to the room that our friends had it had a lot to be desired. There was mold in grout lines, chipped tiles, and just an overall very small room."
