Volantes Cottage es una casa acogedora, confortable hotel emplazado en el corazón de la hermosa villa medieval de Dunster. La casa fue construida en 1844 y tiene todo y lsquo; comodidades ', conservando su carácter tradicional, con una estufa de leña. La propiedad tiene capacidad para 4 personas en dos habitaciones, una doble y una individual, tiene un cuarto de baño arriba y un pequeño patio en la parte trasera de la propiedad con muebles de jardín. También para su uso es un jardín compartido, que está a unos metros.

We had a wonderful few days at Ruffles cottage so cosy and comfortable. The cottage is clean and very well equipped and great walks from the door. We also loved being able to walk into the village and to the pub for dinner. Our dogs loved it too. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruffles cottage,Dunster.

Stayed here from 18th to 25th November,best place we have stayed when visiting Exmoor,the cottage was warm and cozy and in the centre of Dunster,parking was not a problem and from the bedroom we could see St George's Church lit up each evening. We will book again for next autumn!.

Lovely cosy little cottage in a beautiful location! The kitchen was well equipped (we knocked up a roast dinner for four) and the beds are super comfy! Pretty views across the churchyard and plenty of dog walks straight from the door. We LOVED the woodburner. Great value for money, will be back!

Lovely cottage, parked up and didn't need to use the car for 4 days. So many walks close by. Would recommend the secret garden on the lutteral arms on a sunny day. Location of cottage is amazing, it's about as central to Dunster as you can get. My wife, 2 boys (12 and 14) had an awesome stay.

It was a fabulous location with just a few minutes walk to the castle or the high street where we were able to enjoy the magic of Dunster by Candlelight. The communication from the hosts has been great and they have been very helpful. I would highly recommend Ruffles Cottage

Nice cosy cottage. Very quiet (the church bells were absolutely no issue for us)! Stags inn has great food, 2 minutes walk away. No local convenience shops, so remember to buy the essentials before you get there if arriving later like us.

Stayed at the cottage for a week from 18th to 25th November,it was warm and cosy and very comfortable,in the center of Dunster,overlooking St George's Church which was lit at night..no issues with parking g during g our stay,we had a problem with the central heating g boiler but this was resolved immediately by the best of Exmoor staff(Natalie),the owner and the heating engineer,no hesitation in returning again next year.

Dunster is an excellent location for walking, with a choice of Exmoor, Forestry Commission land and the coast path. You can pick up some of these paths direct from the village. There are lots of National Trust Houses and other places of interest nearby. Ruffles is a welcoming cottage on a quiet road within minutes of Dunster high street.

Great little cozy cottage in the heart of Dunster Village

The booking and communication with the agent was easy and comprehensive. The cottage has everything you need and was clean and welcoming. Its location is ideal for local walks and is very close to pubs and restaurants. The only issue is parking. There is very little parking nearby but there are car oarks close by that we had to use.

Stunning location, walks straight from the door. Cottage was spotless, such a treat to not have to worry if kitchen implements needed rewatching. Everything used felt new. Traditional decor but fits with the cottage. Church bells took a bit of getting used to .
