“STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused……

“We stayed here for a music festival and absolutely loved it! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from great food, right across the street from the ocean, and super close to the venue. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again! ”
