“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Our first room had noticeable stains on the bed linens and floors, so we requested a room change. While the staff did move us, the second room had the same issues—stained bedding and dirty floors as well as a space in the door that didn’t close. We asked for fresh sheets, but the staff seemed reluctant to help, stating they had already moved us and that the sheets are changed daily. That response made us feel like our concerns about cleanliness……
