“All good”

“We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. The pool table kept the kids busy and made for fun evenings. The beds are comfortable and clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good. We did not try the other restaurant. We recommend staying here! ”

“I love it ”

“Great stay. Easy to get here and get anywhere around the strip. Could use a few more drinking glasses in the room.”

“Host was very responsive . Room was clean . ”

“Great place! Clean, close to everything we needed and Jennette responded quickly to questions.”

“Very nice view on 31st floor and love staying here as it's convenient going to Allegiant Stadium.”

“easy to find, quiet, comfortable, close to main area of gambling/shows etc.. (+/- 10 minutes from most casinos by LYFT/uber, $12-$20 one way depending where you are going). recommend picking up basics like sugar, hand soap, dish soap and lysol wipes, etc. Kitchen is slimly stocked with plates/bowls, utensils. Condo was fairly clean, not gross, but not as clean as I'd have liked. owner/manager, was responsive and helpful. all that said, owner/manager was very helpful, and open to suggestions,……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature Tower 1. The Starbucks in the lobby and the closeness to the MGM pool complex and ride share pickup point was what made us choose it over the other two towers. Room was just as described and had a great strip view. It was so nice to have a fridge available for drinks and leftovers. Bathroom was large and having a separate WC was awesome! It was quiet and the elevators were ample and quick. The only hiccups were that our flight in got delayed……

“The room was fine. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear. Specifically the bench by the bed and the couch have quite a bit of stains. The view is pretty nice, no balcony though so keep that in mind. I like that the hotel is connected to the MGM. Access to the strip is really convenient. Communal bath products. The pull out bed is pretty thin but served its purpose. The main bed is comfy. I booked for NYE so on a week when Vegas prices are insane, this was a good value. I liked the free……

“What I loved most about this trip was the communication I had Louis. He was very sweet and understanding. Besides that the room was very lovely, the front desk was very nice, understanding. We had no complaints about the room, we were able to celebrate our Wedding the exact way we wanted to. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much ”
