We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 beds in one room and one in the second. It was great for the family. Room and hotel were very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a real meal. Staff was very friendly and took care of any needs. The room itself is a bit dated in decor and some of the plugs were a bit lose to charge all of our electronics but there were enough that you just found a different one. It was a great place to stay with kids where everyone had a bit more space. We could even watch the Bellagio Fountains from our room, by far the best view we’ve ever had in Vegas. I would recommend and stay here again.

Front desk service was so disappointing. Room not ready by check in time. Said they’d notify me when available but did not. Waited over an hour and kept checking in. Finally got our room at 5 pm. My 83 year old sister exhausted and very irritated by lack of caring and no apologies. Only here one night and cut into our available time.

Feels like home away from home. Has a condo feel than a hotel room. Close to Cosmo hotel. Furnishings and the room itself is outdated but still comfortable. Bathroom can use some update.

Our room was pretty gross. The oven has nasty streaks on the door, the pizza pan was dirty and had to be washed before use (which then made my wash everything because I wasn't confident my family was eating on clean dishes - not my idea of how my vacation should start), there was a hairball in the shower before we even used it, the furniture looked like there were still bodies sitting in it, the sleeper sofa was broken and the extra bedding had holes in it, and finally, the headboard was peeling in numerous places. I took pictures of all of this. So gross! Had I known what I was walking into before, I definitely would have spent the money to stay somewhere else.

Staff was great! We stayed at the Derby Tower and to get there you had to walk outside without a sidewalk, in traffic most of the time. It was very dangerous and unacceptable.

Have stayed here frequently and it’s always good. Pool area was shut down this time, that was unfortunate as we like to use the hot tub. The only negative is retrieving checked bags. There’s apparently no true bell staff, they have to call someone who’s off doing something else. This time it took 18 minutes to get our bags, we were getting antsy as we needed to get to the airport. This is a consistent issue though this time it was even longer than usual. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

Probably one of, if not the worst experiences I’ve had staying anywhere and I’ve stayed at 34 different places over the past year. My room faced directly into a cement wall and absolutely nothing else even though in pictures it’s made to seem like the view is overlooking the Bellagio fountains. Pool and hot tub unavailable but still shows up if you have either filter on. Every person I talked to was dismissive and incredibly rude, the housekeeping service if you agree to it will just bust in at any hour and you have to vacate the premises for an undetermined amount of time I went to check in a bag and the person helping me said “oh yeah just leave it on the ground I’ll have someone get it” even though they had signs everywhere saying they were not liable for any lost or stolen items. Truly awful experience and wildly overpriced for what it is. The “resort fee” on this is wild considering every sketchy motel stay I’ve had was still better than this one.
