Ideal location for Modena station. Very modern and fresh inside. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice beer too! Rooms are clean, double bed was 2 singles pushed together.

We spent one night here on our way to Venice. This was a perfect place to stop and spend the day at the Ferrari museums. Close to the station and breakfast was included. An ideal option for our family of five(in two rooms). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee too.

Struttura moderna, in linea con altre realtà simili, che combina studentato e Hotel. La camera è ampia e spaziosa, ma la vera nota negativa è risultata la colazione, decisamente al di sotto degli standard. L’offerta è molto limitata sia in termini di varietà che di quantità, e le bevande calde e fredde offerte non sono assolutamente all’altezza del livello “Hotel” dichiarato dalla struttura. Probabilmente l’organizzazione di questo servizio andrebbe seramente rivista.

Personal ist sehr höflich und bemüht, aber es ist schon mehr eine Studentenbude als Hotel. Zimmer sind sauber und in gutem Zustand, aber es hat keinerlei Atmosphäre. Im ganzen Apartment gibt es kein Bild oder irgendeine Deko. Das sterile "Frühstücksbuffet" habe ich ausgelassen und bin in eine Cafeteria gefahren.

Alles super, aber teilweise längere Wartezeiten an der Rezeption. Trotz, dass die Rezeption inkl. Bar mit drei Personen besetzt war, hat es 10 min. gedauert, mit mitzuteilen, dass ich ab 23:00 Uhr nichts mehr zu trinken bekomme.
