"Hallways very noisy at night"

"No in room service for the 4 days I stayed. Unnecessary charges on the checkout bill, which they use to take advantage of customers in a rush to checkout. Not booking again."

"When we got there we checked in through the kiosk which was fast and smooth however the room assigned to us was not cleaned or ready! Called house keeping and they advised us to request a new room. So just an inconvenience to go all the way to the lobby with your stuff and ask for a new room. They were nice about it and no questions ask but still just an inconvenience from a long drive."

"Check in was very confusing. I tried to use the mobile system to bypass the extremely long check in line and that didn’t work. There were machines in the lobby to help bypass the line and they also didn’t work. Check out was a mess and we got stuck in the parking garage. It was surprising to see all the additional fees for parking, housekeeping, and resort fees. Not sure we will stay here again."

"Room was not as pictured or described. Upon arrival, front desk tried to aggressively upsell and thought we booked to queen beds( or a king), we instead got two doubles. Room was filthy and smelly. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"Parking and valet was a nightmare. Once we got to the room, it was nice. Decor was a little outdated, but room was a good size. "
